I'm so sorry about the delay on Chapter 3. I'm 3000 words into the chapter, but my fic-muse has been rebellious. As soon as I finish an AU piece I'm working on (next few days I hope) I'm getting back to writing this, and I hope to get the chapter up within 2-3 weeks. So not soon per se, but it will be updated.
